Smoking is a BIG PROBLEM in every way.
Smoking causes at least nine types of cancer.Smoking is also expensive.Over the course of a lifetime,a person who smokes a pack a day could spend almost $96000 on smoking.

-Start with "No" and encourage him/her to stop that horrible habit.Suggest other things you and your friend can do together.Remember,it's the cigarettes that are bad,not the person.

1-Choose the day you will stop smoking.Tell your parents so they can help you.
2-Make a list of all the reasons why you want to quit.
3-Make another list of places that make you want to smoke.Avoid them and try to change your routine.
4-Plan ahead.Be smart and keep your mouth occupied with treats.
5-Get rid of the smoke smell around the house and car.Toss out all related to smoking.
6-Treat yourself for every week you've been smoke-free!!!
